Happy (Very Belated) New Year

It's so good to be back. About time too. You guys must already been wondering, did these guys drown while helping out the flood victims?

Funny...

I've decided, after surviving from that near-death ordeal (I had to swim my way to safety, while all Ass-too-'kay had to do was FLOAT), that I should appreciate life more. I realised that every year, too many things happen at the same time for you to comprehend fully and most of the time, we forget what happened. Lessons forgotten outnumber the lessons learnt.

So I've decided to go out of my way to make it a point to present you lovely people out there a fortnight post on important things that happened last year. I

The Two-Oh-Oh-Six Fortnight

Original, isn't it? The wonders of the human mind...

For the first issue, I'm going to dwell on the biggest sporting event of the year. It's the most watched international sporting event (that only those Yankees seem to be too blinkered to even notice let alone comprehend its greatness) that took place in Germany in the summer. Yes, I'm talking about the World Cup.

Sadly, the best teams (they looked good on paper, at least) didn't seem to go anywhere far enough. Argentina, with an abundance of talent in every position, were knocked out in the quarters by the hosts. The Netherlands were still a self-destructive side, England picked up the pace only in the last 45 minutes of their last match before getting knocked (blinked) out, Spain still to fulfill their potential, and Brazil... they probably performed better in German clubs than in German stadiums.

All said and done, the two teams that were least expected made it into the final. Italy were rocked by domestic rigging scandals while France, in the early stages, looked more like a bunch of old sods huffing and puffing around the pitch on their crutches (good thing they didn't need wheelchairs).

Of course, we'll always remember that memorable moment when The Bald One thought The Tall One was the ball. Maybe he thought it would be great to leave Planet Football by reminding everyone why he was called The Bald One and not The Fat One. Or The Tall One did know Mr. Baldy's sister. Whatever the motivation, the incident sparked a sudden craze for Football Figther.

Konami must have immediately starting programming as soon as the final whistle was blown. Just a week after the game was released, sales skyrocketed to 20 million units worldwide. Within a month, it more than tripled to 62 million units (both PC and PSst2 versions). Even Sony announced that it would not release the all new PSst3 until late 2007, just for Konami.

In case you're wondering about the game, I've copied a still shot of the game, just for you guys. The link (the picture) was working 'till Ass-too-'kay decided that you guys should know how to google for it by now.

Now we know the Japanese aren't just good at cutting weird porn.

The New Year... And The Same Ol' Load Of Canai

As you know, the new year has come...

And we are still here...

Bet you didn't count on that did ya??

Anyways, since this is the first (*and hopefully not our last*) New Year, we decided to post some pics and write a bit bout what we have going on here...

First things first, William got tipsy... Remember dude, you got tipsy, but Mun Yong got smashed. I mean, dude looked like a tomato dipped in neon red...

And since I did not take any pictures of Will when he was tipsy, I am gonna post a pic that is him before being tipsy...

Personally speaking, he looks better tipsy. Here, he just looks retarted...

Anyways, since it's New Years eve, we actually went all out and got some girls to come. Yes, this time the party was not ablaze with only male hormones and injected to new heights by copious amounts of alcohol and undercooked chicken wings...

This time, we got 4 girls... (*5 if you count C.K's sister*)

(*holds up 4 fingers*)

Yes, we ARE moving up the social calender, and we doing it by saying that we are straight...

Anyways, we ended up playing Twister... And let me just be the first to say... This is THE party game for ALL from now on...

Now shaddup and look at the pictures...

Mun Yong : Wei, this game is for retards la...
Rajes: Then Mun Yong, you are in the right place...
Mun Yong: Thanks man...
Michelle: *That's it... It's KLCC from now on...*

This is like a Jerry Bruckhiemer movie gone wrong...

At the party, we met up with LiDotShia a.k.a The Typing Dandelion and her b.f. Ben... Just so ppl know, Twister is most definitly a game that makes or breaks a relationship...

*Jaws music plays*
Ben: Oh no...
LiShia: Don't you even dare...
Ben:. ...Should not have eaten that beans...

Ben: It's gonna blow...
LiShia: AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Ben: Maybe if I change sides...
*shuffles*
Ben: Oh damn... I made it worst...
Li Shia: Double AHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Ben: Fire In The Hole!!!
*PRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!*
LiShia: Noooo !!! My mouth was open... And I'm blind....and deaf...

Ahh.... Good times...(*tho not the best smelling ones...*)

Anyways, the nite went on with more Twister, more akward positions, more countdowning (*you won't believe the number of countdowns that happened*) and of course, more drinking...

Yup, TeaandCanai is in full swing in this new year...

The walking zombie writes

[Ass-too-'kay is such a lazy ass. guess that's why I've always had an affinity to call him that. Post something good or don't at all...]

Now that I'm done with shooting him down...

Have stayed awake the whole night(morning?) through. Time is an illusion now. I actually forgot what day it was yesterday 'till I checked my phone's calender (yes, there's actually a use to it).

Since ass-too-'kay ranted about not being able to 'catch up' (or chat) with his friends in a club, I suggest he should go to a bar instead if he wanted to do that. But then again, he wouldn't be drinking anyway, so why bother. Oh wait, they do serve Coke...

Hey friend, if you really wanna just hang out and 'catch up', we can go elsewhere y'know. There's this place I saw earlier yesterday after it poured heavily at my place. I was gazing at the rainbow outside my balcony and starting wondering about what can actually be found at the end of it. Besides, my wallet's a little light these days so, hell, why not go try my luck and see if I find a pot of gold huh? I'll just kill the leprechaun(s) if I see any of them.

To the people reading this, you wouldn't believe what I found. I literally floored my brake pedal when I got there.

Anyone wanna have a pint or two with me, just gimme a ring. I'll pick you up and we can do 'catch up' there.

p/s: Save it and zoom in if you can't see what it is, you four-eyed fool.

To Post or Not To Post???

Been wondering...

Should I or should I not?

Beem finding it hard lately to post funny stuff?

I guess it is the lack of funny stuff happening?

Too post or not to post?

Very Macbeth-ish don't you think?

*postures Bard-ishly*

Tired

I'm tired...So please forgive me if this blog entry is kinda lame...

But anyways, I'm tired, so to speak... Tired physically and mentally, and I haven't even picked up a Sudoku puzzle yet...

Anyways my emo ranting aside... Let's talk bout Fergie...

Not the Manchester United manager, coz well, my opinions on him are another thing all togather...

No, I am refferring to the Black Eyed Peas *singer* who has a new album out...

Not, music has taken a back seat on her album. I guess that there is more to music now days that you know... ACTUAL talent and ACTUAL lyrics and well, an ACTUAL voice that is easy on the ear...

Now Liam told me this at the mamak...

Liam: Dei, it's not that she is sexy, it's her VOICE that is sexy...

Now, I agree that she is horrible... The feeling you get from looking at her is the feeling you get checking out your grandma...

But I disagree that she sounds sexy... She sounds ok... But people like Christina Augilera and even Jennifer Lopez sounds better...

But then again, I guess the main point is that actual music has taken a back seat to incredible marketting and promotions

Sad ain't it???

*sigh*

Anyways, if you are like me, and enjoy actual music, go and listen to this (*download for all I care, coz commenting music piracy is a double edged sword*)
